Contenido del curso

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

191 tools for AI in learning and development in one course: 103 ready-to-use AI prompts, templates, procedures, question lists and checklists, 61 services and apps shown on screen, 14 downloadable tool files, and 13 models and methods.

Open a lecture, copy the prompt, try the service on your own training task.

Why L&D teams fall behind

The business asks for a course in two weeks. The subject expert has no time. The team writes slides by hand, records, edits, translates. By the time the course is ready, the process has changed. Everyone has heard that AI can do part of this work, but without ready prompts and a map of the services each attempt starts from a blank chat window and ends with a generic text.

What changes after this course

You know which service builds a course draft, which makes a video and which runs adaptive practice. You have prompts that give a usable outline, a development plan or an analysis of training results. You can set up an assistant that answers new hires and a Project where your materials and rules already live. And you know where a person must check the result.

What is inside: 191 tools, counted lecture by lecture

You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.

  • 103 ready-to-use tools inside the presentations:
  • 37 ready AI prompts and prompt packs: training effectiveness analysis, competency model generation, individual development plan, onboarding assistant system prompt
  • 17 templates and sample documents: seven-block prompt template, employee performance review form, new employee handbook, self-assessment Skill template
  • 17 step-by-step procedures and workflows: GPT agent creation, AI trainer selection and testing, skill authoring, employee FAQ bot integration
  • 16 question lists and scripts: onboarding one-on-one meeting questions, 360-degree feedback questionnaire, one-to-one practice reflection questions
  • 7 checklists: AI agent implementation readiness, AI trainer suitability, employee onboarding
  • 9 other tools: selection matrices, metric sets and references
  • 61 services and apps shown on screen, from a quick look to a detailed demo: ChatGPT, Claude, Coursebox, LearningStudioAI, Mini Course Generator, Cerego, Thrive Learning, Elai, Fliki, Notion and others
  • 14 downloadable tool files: L&D Project template, skills matrix workbook, Onboarding Skills Bundle, advanced HR prompt library, HR system prompt library, knowledge audit workbook and others
  • 13 models and methods explained with examples: adaptive learning, microlearning, just-in-time learning, skills gap analysis

Who is teaching

I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.

I use AI in my own teaching every day. When I taught Claude to prepare tools for my courses, I gave it up to 200 examples of tools I like, ones I had made and ones I had found, and said: this is what I want. It took the ideas from them, and now I use it to build new tools. Examples of what you like always work. I also know where I do not use it. When ChatGPT appeared, I tried several times to check homework with it, and it did this not badly. But our training is not mass training, so I check homework by hand and write the comments myself. When there are very many tasks of the same type, AI copes with them very well.

How to use the course

Watch the first five sections in order: they give the map of AI in learning. Then open what you need next: AI across talent processes, learning agents, Claude Projects and Skills, or prompt engineering. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
